Bianca is the manager of the hotel. When you call or send a mail to the hotel, it is Bianca you will meet. Bianca has lived on Gran Canaria for more than 10 years, but it originally from Germany. Bianca speaks German, Spanish and English excellent. She is service minded with a heart for Sirena.
Antonio:
Antonio is a "yes" man, and you can always trust that he will help where needed. He speaks English and Spanish.
Milagrosa and Mela: Your apartment will be cleaned every second day by these two ladies. The bed linen will be changed once a week. Milagrosa and Mela have been responsible for the hotel cleaning for many years. They only speak Spanish, but they understand body language. They are polite and have great respect for our guests` privacy, so if the time of cleaning of your apartment, does not fit completely, it is no problem, they can come back later. |
Bianca Braunert:
Antonio is the caretaker/gardener/IT-man and service manager. He can fix and arrange everything from technical things to the flowers.
